MitiMarkets ("MitiMarkets", "we", "us", or "our") operates the website at autos.mitimarkets.com (the "Site"), where you can browse vehicles, share a listing with your own referral link, and ask about a vehicle. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you create a referral link, we collect your name and email address. When you ask about a vehicle, we collect your name, email, and phone number, plus any notes you add.

Payments. No vehicle is sold or paid for on this Site, so we collect no card or billing details here. Any purchase happens directly with the dealership. If you are owed a referral reward, we use your contact details to reach you and arrange payment.

Information collected automatically. When you use the Site we automatically receive certain technical information, including your IP address and basic request data, and we record when a referral link is clicked. We use cookies for essential functions (see “Cookies” below).

We store account passwords only as secure, salted hashes — never in plain text.

How we use your information

• To provide the referral program — generating your link, attributing referrals, and showing your dashboard and each listing's reward;
• To respond to your questions about a vehicle, pass your enquiry to the dealership holding it, and contact you about a referral reward you may be owed;
• To operate, maintain, and improve the Site;
• To protect the Site against spam, abuse, and fraud (for example, rate-limiting by IP address); and
• To comply with our legal obligations.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies that are necessary for the Site to work — for example, to remember which referral link brought you to a listing so referrals are credited correctly, and to protect forms against cross-site request forgery. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these limited circumstances:

• Service providers. We use third-party providers to run the Site — including cloud hosting and storage, our email provider, and the dealership holding a vehicle you ask about — who process data on our behalf to provide these services.
• Referral rewards. If a listing sells and you are owed a referral reward, we may use your contact details to reach you and arrange payment.
• Legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, our users, or the public.

Data retention

We keep the information described above for as long as needed to operate the store and referral program, fulfil your orders, respond to inquiries, and as otherwise required for legitimate business or legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see “Your choices”).

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing us at the address below. Because your referral link is your access to your dashboard, deleting your information will also disable any referral links associated with it.

California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended, gives you specific rights regarding your personal information:

• Right to know. You may request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the purpose for collecting it, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.
• Right to delete. You may request that we delete personal information we collected from you, subject to certain legal exceptions.
• Right to correct. You may request that we correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you.
• Right to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under California law, so there is nothing to opt out of.

Children's privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after a change takes effect means you accept the updated policy.
